Situated just off the top of Campbells Bay, the proposal takes full advantage of the sites irregular triangle shape by fitting 3 luxurious sea-side villas in a composition which offers stunning views out towards the Hauraki Gulf from each individual balcony.
The buildings are each uniquely clad in honest expressions of materialization, from natural stone to surfaced marble, giving each building a warm tone to offset the powder-coat black.

Landscaping is strategically used to offset and soften the entry of the front unit; to separate the shared driveway from the northern courtyard and to introduce layers of formality and luxury to the design. Native cabbage trees, Pohutukawa, and Nikau palms are planted throughout, rooting the proposal within its local.
