The office experimented with 2 options for this site under the client’s request. The first was a set of 4 townhouses interconnected to maximise the building area. The second was a pair of large lifestyle dwellings in which the client eventually chose to build and retain one for themselves.

Early Concept Sketches
Composing of simple shapes and forms, the combination of Cedar and bagged brick help bring a touch of modern classic to this set of lifestyle houses. Large glazed openings to the north filter light through the shading louvres into the living spaces of the building where a skillion roof ceiling further enhances the generous spaces of the interior.
