The branches of a large Pohutakawa at the entry of the site paints the perfect New Zealand Cliffside setting as the canopy shadows cast intricate of patterns of light onto the set of modern Villas proposed for this site.
The three units all feature an open plan kitchen dining and living on the upper floor with Grande views out towards Rangitoto Island and Auckland City. The Cladding materials have been finished with natural textures and colours to recess the building behind the language of the flora on fauna around the site, letting the trees, sky and view project in to define the spaces within each unit.
