Seaspray Residence

Our client approached us to design a modern but modest dream house in the Eastern Suburb of Buckland’s Beach. A spacious entry paired with a skylight over the double-height stair void immediately establishes a unique sense space as one enters the building. North facing Living and Kitchen areas open out onto large private courtyards to bring the outside in, above, the Family room and Master bedroom, like being perched up in a tree house, each frames a specific view out towards Eastern beach and the half-moon bay horizon.
