The Hyde Tide

Hyde Tide flows through the design, influenced by the constant movement of the sea, seamlessly blending with its coastal surroundings just 50 metres from Browns Bay Beach on Auckland's North Shore.

This development features four standalone homes, each designed to respond naturally to the site's gentle slope. The architecture follows the terrain, with east-facing openings that frame the peaceful beauty of the morning sun rising over the ocean. A distinctive curved entrance welcomes you, adding a unique touch to the design and creating a sense of flow that connects the home to its surroundings.

The floor plans are thoughtfully designed to foster a strong connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape. Bedrooms and living areas are all oriented towards the sea, bringing nature into everyday life.
