The house boasts an expansive backyard that spans beyond the pool area at the end of the house which the new alteration centres upon. The exterior of the house is re-clad in brick, cedar & lightweight aluminum panels, accentuating the extended gable volumes on the Northern elevation. Internal spaces on the upper floor are reconfigured to fit an additional bathroom and two master ensuites.
