The project is located in Takapuna, Auckland, a three-story housing complex that offers breathtaking views of Lake Pupuke. The design incorporates expansive balcony areas that enhance the residents' connection with the natural surroundings. Its modern aesthetic serves as a striking contrast to the surrounding natural landscape. Additionally, we have utilized the Sto Facade System onto the building's facade, creating an interesting interplay of texture and depth.

To create a visually captivating exterior, we have employed a combination of cladding materials. The used of aluminium Nu-wall, known for its durability and sleek appearance. To further enhance the visual appeal and introduce warmth to the design, vertical shiplap cedar has been incorporated into the cladding. Cedar's natural tones and rich textures create a harmonious relationship with the lake and its surroundings, providing a sense of organic integration.
One of the standout features of this project is the implementation of Cedar Louvers. These louvers are strategically placed to create large bi-fold openings on the balcony. This allows the residents to seamlessly transition between the interior and exterior spaces, blurring the boundaries and fostering a sense of openness. The ability to close off the balcony and transform it into an interior space adds unique functionality to the design.
The playful interaction between the cladding materials is evident throughout the project. It adds a sense of playfulness and character to the overall design, making it a visually captivating and lifestyle design.
