X studio will sit down and present our clients with the best way to achieve this by breaking down the process into four stages.
1. Feasibility study - understanding the character of the site, the infrastructure, and earthworks required to service future buildings and the planning regulations which control construction
2. Bulk and location - strategically splitting the site into smaller sections to figure out the best arrangement of the individual units in relation to the proposed driveway and overall development
3. Concept design - producing architectural drawings demonstrating a working and effective arrangement of spaces both indoor and outdoor
4. Consultation coordination - cooperating with planners, surveyors, civil engineers, and other specialists to complete the development
