A large portion of our client base are developers who have purchased large sections of land and want to unlock the full potential of the property through subdivision. X studio will sit down and discuss + present our clients with the best way to achieve this by breaking down the process to four stages
- 1. site analysis – understanding the character of the site, the nature of the locale and the character of the local architecture
- 2. bulk and location – strategically splitting the site into smaller arrangements to figure out the best overall form (number of building, number of floors)
- 3. site scheme plans – final concept drawings showing arrangement of spaces both indoor and outdoor in relation to neighbouring units
- 4. consultation coordination – working closely with planners, surveyors and civil engineers to realise the development
